Enquiries by email

If you contact us by email, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry, contact details) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures; in all other cases it is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption.

No tracking cookies

This website currently does not use any cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes and does not embed any third-party content that sets such cookies.

Storing your choice (strictly necessary)

On your first visit we show you a notice about cookies and privacy. We store your decision in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the entry “natima-consent”. Only your choice and the time of your decision are stored. This information is not transmitted to us and remains on your device. After twelve months we will ask for your consent again.

This storage is strictly necessary in order to respect your decision (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). The legal basis for the associated processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (proof of consent) and our legitimate interest in lawful consent management (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Optional services (statistics)

In the cookie notice you can optionally consent to anonymous audience measurement. We currently do not use any such service. Should we use a statistics service in the future, it will only be activated after your express consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and will be named in this privacy policy together with the provider, purpose and storage period.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also delete stored data at any time via your browser settings.
