AI automation · Enablement · Change

Secure AI transformation. From strategy to your everyday work.

Applied AI: AI in practice, with real outcomes.

Custom AI solutions, enablement of your employees and full support throughout the change process – from a single source. We bring AI to where your value is created: into real processes, used confidently by your teams, with measurable results. EU AI Act and GDPR compliant, proven in critical infrastructure, specialised in healthcare and regulated industries.

The problem in numbers

Most AI initiatives don’t fail because of the technology.

They fail because nobody builds the bridge between the tool and reality. Building that bridge is our craft.

What we deliver

Two levers, one result: AI that is actually used.

For AI to deliver outcomes, it has to be built right and embraced by the team. Both from one source – otherwise it remains unused.

01 · Applied AI · Technology

Routine work that takes care of itself.

Tailor-made AI solutions that run productively in your real business processes. We analyse what really happens in your organisation, where data lies dormant and which workflows promise the greatest leverage — and then build the solution.

  • Built in-house. No white-label products.
  • Integration with existing systems. SAP, DMS, CRM, ERP, data pipelines.
  • Cloud, KRITIS and GDPR compliant architecture. Compliance is part of the design, not an appendix.
  • Local & on-premise possible. For highly sensitive data: operated entirely in-house, without an external cloud.
02 · Adoption · People

Your team uses AI confidently, on its own initiative.

For your AI to arrive in everyday work, your employees must be able to use it confidently. From introductory workshops to multi-stage rollout programmes, we get teams fit for ChatGPT, Copilot and industry-specific platforms — backed by genuine change support.

  • Structured prompt frameworks. CASE, chain prompting, priming.
  • Use-case coaching on real tasks. Practice over slides.
  • Support for internal champions. In person, online, blended learning, train-the-trainer.
What we stand for

Six principles.

We have learned from every project in which AI never went into production — and turned those lessons into these six rules.

Practice over slides.

Every training session brings your employees together with real tasks from their daily work.

Custom, not off the shelf.

Standard solutions fail on edge cases. We build what fits the reality of your organisation.

End-to-end from one source.

Strategy, enablement and technical delivery in one team — not three providers and three briefings.

Compliance built in.

EU AI Act, GDPR, KRITIS / NIS2 / BSI IT-Grundschutz are part of the design — not an appendix added later.

Change is supported.

Technology without change management produces unused tools. We do both — always.

Local first.

Highly sensitive data demands full data sovereignty. On request, we deliver AI entirely locally and on-premise — for autonomy and independence from external clouds.

The founders

Three profiles at the intersection of technology, strategy and people.

Frequently asked questions

What you may want to know before our first call.

The most important questions about services, industries, compliance and process — answered briefly.

What exactly does NATIMA do?

NATIMA combines two service areas into one end-to-end AI transformation: custom AI automation – tailor-made solutions that run productively in your real business processes – and AI enablement with change support, so that your employees use the technology confidently. Technology, training and support come from a single source.

Which industries is NATIMA for?

We specialise in healthcare and regulated industries and have proven experience with critical infrastructure (KRITIS). Our solutions are designed from the outset to comply with the EU AI Act, GDPR and KRITIS/NIS2.

Do you build custom solutions or use off-the-shelf tools?

We build custom solutions – no white-label products. They are integrated into your existing systems (SAP, DMS, CRM, ERP, data pipelines), and compliance is part of the design, not an afterthought.

Can the AI solutions run fully on-premise?

Yes. For organisations with highly sensitive data we deliberately take a local-first approach: AI solutions can be operated entirely on-premise, so no data ever leaves your organisation. This preserves data sovereignty, autonomy and independence from external cloud providers.

How do you make sure AI is actually used day to day?

Through genuine AI enablement and change support: from introductory workshops to multi-stage rollout programmes, with structured prompt frameworks, use-case coaching on real tasks and support for internal champions – in person, online, as blended learning or train-the-trainer. Our principle: practice over slides.

How is NATIMA set up?
